Frequently asked questions and shop policy.
  • Grading Policy:

    A+: The best of the best! These pins came out as they were intended to be-

    Standard: These pins are just as good as A+ grade but might have minor over polishing. No other flaws.

    Secondary Alpha: These pins are great for display at a distance, or for taking out with you on jackets and bags. They might have over polishing + small marks on the front of the pins.

    Secondary Beta: Still lovely, but have over polish and at least two
    other marks, small scratches that are more noticeable.

    C: Pins with unavoidable flaws, such as missing enamel, will always be C grade. These pins might also have other severe flaws , like oxidation.

  • Preorder Policy

    Items that are preorder are labeled as such in their listing
    description. These items have not been made and the funding from ordering pays for their production. Do not order these items if you cannot wait for them to be produced.

    Items ordered with preorder items will not ship separately, and will be shipped when the preorder item arrives. Preorder items should be expected to ship within 3 months of when a preorder is funded, but if there are delays there will be an announcement on our store instagram, and the site itself.

  • Shipping Policy:

    Currently orders go out on the next Monday from when they are placed, please expect some delays due to
    my class schedule. Please give time for tracking to be updated and then shipped.
    In hand items ordered withing the USA should expect their items within 14 days.

  • International Shipping

    VAT shipping: Thank you for your support! I do ship world wide, but I do not charge VAT-
    buyers are responsible for paying their own customs charges when a package arrives to their country. All packages have tracking so you can keep up to date of when your package will arrive at customs.

  • Commissions

    Commissions are open! Please use the site contact form to reach out for personal or commercial commissions.

  • Refunds/Returns/Exchanges

    Please contact through our site's contact form to request a refund on unshipped orders- All refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the total purchases amount. Refunds are not available on items that are already shipped.
    We do not accept returns of items that are shipped.

  • Help! My package arrived damaged!

    Items that arrive damaged require proof of damages. Please contact us with photo evidence of both the item and the packaging so that a claim may be filed through usps.
    Do not throw away the packaging!

  • Ecological Packaging

    My item came in a bag that's composable?!
    Yes! Dreamer Emporium does not use plastic bags, and instead uses either paper bags, or home composable cellophane bags to package our items- These are safe to compost at home-
    However our backing cards and stickers are not composable- and will need to be removed for safety.
    Our shipping mailers are 100% mixed paper recyclable.
